At ChuriKangan.pk, every churi tells a story — handcrafted with love and made to reflect your unique style. Since our bangles are delicate and carefully packed, we want you to fully understand how our refund and return process works.

🪄 1. Customized Products (Name Bangles)

Our Customized Hydrabadi Glass Bangles with Name are handmade, made-to-order, and non-returnable, except in cases of verified damage during delivery.

🚨 Damage Claim Policy

Because our bangles are fragile, we take great care while packing each order. However, as delivery is managed by third-party couriers, damage can sometimes happen.

To request a refund for broken customized bangles:

  • ✅ Record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel — no cuts or edits.
  • ❌ No claims will be accepted without video proof.

💰 Refund Policy for Damage

If more than 25% (6 or more) of the bangles arrive broken:

  • You’ll receive a refund proportional to the damage.
  • Example: if 50% are damaged → 50% refund.
  • No replacements will be sent — refunds only.

We deeply value your trust and support for handmade art. Small variations or marks in glass are part of the craft and not considered defects. 🌸

🌸 2. Non-Customized Products

(Applies to Gajra Kundan Sets, Steel Bangles, Raindrop Glass Bangles, etc.)

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

Since our bangles are delicate and hygiene-sensitive items, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered — unless it arrives in damaged condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear pictures of the damaged item
  • Your order number and name

Once verified, we’ll issue:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund equal to the damage percentage

We do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Size mismatch (please check our size guide before ordering)
  • Change of mind or dislike of color
  • Minor variations in tone or shine due to handmade nature

⏰ Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued through bank transfer or Easypaisa.
