1. About ChuriKangan

ChuriKangan.pk is an online store offering a variety of bangles, bangle sets, gift boxes, and related accessories.

Our collection includes products made from different materials and sourced from different suppliers. Because of differences in materials, manufacturing, photography, and screen displays, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, images, colors, sizes, prices, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen.

  • Minor variations in finish or appearance may occur between individual pieces.

  • Product availability may change without prior notice.

  • Some products may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and discuss the available options.

3. Prices & Payments

  • All prices on ChuriKangan.pk are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

  • Additional delivery charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or other errors on our website.

4. Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, and delivery address.

After an order is placed, we may contact you to confirm the order or verify delivery details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Product availability issues

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • Other circumstances that may prevent us from safely fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been made, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within Pakistan.

Standard Shipping

  • Standard delivery charge: Rs.300

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs.5,000

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Orders are usually dispatched the same day or the next working day.

  • In some cases, dispatch may take up to 1–2 working days due to courier pickup schedules, order volume, or operational circumstances.

  • Most orders are delivered within 4–6 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and courier service. Karachi orders may arrive as early as the next working day after dispatch, while deliveries to major cities commonly take around 3–4 working days.

Courier delays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information may result in additional delays.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions for damaged products, incorrect sizes, and eligible exchanges.

In general:

  • Damaged products should be reported within 1–2 days of receiving the order with clear pictures or videos.

  • Approved damaged products will normally be replaced.

  • If the same product or specific article is unavailable, a refund may be provided instead.

  • Glass bangles are not eligible for size exchanges when the correct size has been received.

  • Metal bangles are eligible for size exchanges according to the conditions stated in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

  • If we send the wrong size due to our error, we will arrange the correction without additional delivery charges.

  • If the correct size was received and you later request a size exchange for metal bangles, the applicable exchange delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

8. Product Care & Breakage

Bangles, particularly glass bangles, are delicate products and should be handled with care.

We are responsible for addressing damage that occurs during delivery when reported within the applicable claim period. We cannot be held responsible for breakage or damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or accidents after delivery.

9. Colors, Sizes & Variations

We provide size information and product details wherever applicable.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when placing an order. For products where size exchange is available, the conditions stated in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Slight differences in color or appearance may occur because of lighting conditions, photography, device screens, and natural differences between materials.

10. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on ChuriKangan.pk, including but not limited to:

  • Product photographs

  • Videos

  • Product descriptions

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Written content

is owned by or used with permission by ChuriKangan.pk and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
