Welcome to ChuriKangan.pk! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to protect both you (our lovely customer 💚) and our small business.

🛍️ General

ChuriKangan.pk is an online store that offers handmade and customized bangles, sets, and accessories. All our products are crafted with love and care — each piece is unique and may have slight variations, which is a natural part of handmade work.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide correct and complete information for shipping and communication purposes.

📦 Orders & Payments

  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other secure payment options available at checkout.
  • For customized items, full payment confirmation may be required before production begins.
  • Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled once processing starts.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within Pakistan are delivered via trusted courier partners.
  • Customized Glass Bangles: Free delivery across Pakistan.
  • All Other Products: Flat delivery charge of Rs.250.
  • Dispatch time: 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses are beyond our control, but we’ll always assist you in tracking your parcel. 💌

💔 Refunds & Returns

Customized Bangles

Our Refund Policy applies only to customized glass bangles in case of damage during transit.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package — no cuts or edits.
  • No claims will be accepted without video proof.
  • If 25% or more bangles are broken, we’ll refund you proportionally (e.g., 50% damage → 50% refund).
  • No replacements will be issued — refunds only.

 

Other Products

For non-customized products, refunds are only provided in rare cases of defective or incorrect items. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

🎨 Product Colors & Images

We try our best to display product colors accurately, but due to lighting, screen differences, and photography, slight variations may occur. Each handcrafted piece is unique, and that’s what makes it special. 🌸

🔐 Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and protect your personal data.

⚖️ Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, logos, and content on ChuriKangan.pk are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content, images, or brand name without written permission.

❗ Limitation of Liability

While we take every step to ensure safe packaging and timely delivery, ChuriKangan.pk shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Minor design or color variations
  • Breakage due to mishandling after delivery
